- Asking "What would you pay for X" is a waste of time
- Ask instead "What kind of X do you buy now" so you can find Who pays and who doesn't
- Ask Why so you can dig for true motivations. It's probably not going to be what they say
- Ask How to understand their values and worldviews. Their purchase decision can be an expression of
